2000 Peugeot 206 rev counter not working

the rev counter is dead spedo still works all eletrics still working fine changed the insturment cluster but still same problem

Hi
As someone who just had a similar problem that turned out to be a break in a wire in the wiring loom I would suggest you try the obvious first
(ie check fuses and earth points) then if still no luck ask around for a reliable auto electrician - it cost me £45 to fix a problem that at least 6 other people missed.
Do you have the wiring diagrams or the manual? I would be happy to scan them in and mail them to you if you needed them
