2001 Peugeot 206 heater control not working

The heater controls are not working. The stereo display/clock is not working. Not sure if these are linked to one fuse or if it is a bigger problem?

my 206 clock fuse is the same as the cegar lighter and heater display it blew when my phone charger went wrong try it its on the fuse box lid if you cnat see it try them all!

I have tried all the fuses. The clock (display) and stereo do not work althought the stereo light comes on. The blower display works but is very faint. The blower has developed a mind of its own coming on and going off when it chooses. There is then nothing you can do to get it back on. Sounds like a resistor pack but I am not sure.
