1999 Peugeot 206 radio not working

Problem is when i start car everithing goes on,even the radio but just the light and thats it. No souun just empty display ,can someone help me, i tried check fuse seems to be ok. Thanks

try disconnecting the upper display then reconnecting.

THe display start working but on the display now is error 3,anybody knows what that means?

the radio code has been entered incorrectly 3 times
