2001 Peugeot 206 loss of power

When driving the engine cuts out without warning, whilst coasting I can start up again and carry on my journey, it can be rather scary when travelling at 50 mph. This has happend a few times this year.My Peugeot garage have had a look twice and can't find a fault. Today it's going into my excellant local garage. Here's hoping.

Try the stepper motor / idle control valve, spark plugs and clean the throttle housing / butterfly this may help
