Peugeot 206 sliding sunroof leaking

my 206 has a glass sliding sunroof which leaks the motor works fine but it dose not open or lock shut, I have tried pushing it shut but dose not seal properly.
Does any one know best way to fix this problem?

sounds like a worn out worn gear would have it checked out by the garage or dealer there should also be a manual slot for closing the sun roof completely
