2001 Peugeot 206 driver door central locking

the central locking on the drivers door has been playing up, very noisy when locking but now when i press the fob nothing happens and i have to lock the car by key and then alarm it. The central locking works fine on the rest of the car, its just the drivers door.

sounds like you require a new lock. I would check the harness in between the door and 'A' pillar though just to make sure no wiring problem
