1999 Peugeot 206 cark permanently revs

everytime i drive my car just permenently sounds like its revving. Really loud noises while driving. Right wheel makes weird screeching noise when reversing at and angle any ideas? I think its the exhause next to the engine maybe the manifold not sure though.

With your wheel lying at an angle and other faults you mention , would advise getting it checked out ASAP in a garage for your own safety and others .
