2001 Peugeot 206 still having power loss problems

Car: Peugeot 206
Year: 2001
Variant: 1.4 Automatic
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi All... again,

Note: this has been placed on the end of an existing problem but I'm placing it again as a new problem otherwise it doesn't get seen.

The case continues...
I have now changed the O2 sensor - in front of AND behind - the Cat. I have also changed the MAP sensor.
I have taken the small air hoses off and cleaned them out (One section was really blocked) and I have taken the throttle housing off and cleaned it thoroughly.
Unfortunately the problem is still present!
(Note: I am also erasing problems on the Code Reader as I'm changing things)
I currently have 2 errors showing:
MAP sensor circuit - yet this sensor has been changed.
IAT (Intake Air Temperature) Sensor - this is part of the Throttle housing on my particular model.

Questions:
1) Do you think that I may have brought a faulty MAP sensor? (and yes it was new)
2) Is the IAT sensor the item shown (Photo attached) as this was quite mucky)
3) Is it possible that I need to get Peugeot to re-set the system?
4) Does anyone know of a mechanic/garage that specialise in Peugeots that lives near Sittingbourne?

Please help as this has been going on for too long and the Mrs is getting a bit annoyed now!

The picture shows the stepper motor( idle control)what 'p' codes are you getting? you may require ecu software updates

Codes I'm getting at the moment are:
P0105 & P0110.
Code P0105 - which refers to the Map sensor is currently not showing as I have replaced the new sensor with the old one; it has cleared the fault on the diagnostics but the car is still running badly; car's fine when driving around it's just when we stop and then try to pull away again!
P0110 - IAT sensor: unfortunately the type fitted on the wife's car is not replaceable as it is part of the Throttle housing; though I can't see how.. there are no cables?

How do I go about getting an ECU updated?

Many Thanks for your help.
