2003 Peugeot 206 wipers not working!! help...

I went out to my car one day and my wipers just wouldn't work, I changed the fuse and it's not that I also got the motor checked out and that's fine! I think it might be the actual switch inside the car that u flick up to turn them on, and im really afraid if it is because i heard that you need to do something with the airbag to change the switch! Can somebody please help me and maybe give me a rough idea how much this is going to cost me...
