2002 Peugeot 206 fan for heating and cooling system.

The fan for the heater and aircon sounds like it has come loose, everytime i go round a corner the fan sounds like its hiting something. i checked under the dash and i think the blower box has come loose but not shore how i would secure it?

it should be secured with either bolts,screws or metal clips,chances are the fixings have dropped down behind dash

The blower for heating/ac has come loose and its moving around causing the fan to make a noise when it is switched on, is it an easy fix to secure it or will i have to remove the dash?
