Car is dead but lock it then get back in starts first time?

Year: 2002
Variant: 1.6 manual

my car is compleatly dead untill i get out and lock it then unlock it then get back in it then it starts first time?

hi,sounds a poss immobilser fault, next time car starts get a maindealer to carry out a diagnostic check on the alarm system
