2002 Peugeot 206 no horn,indicators,wipers but headlights on cant turn them off

indicator,light,wiper,radio,horn controls on steering wheel do not work but headlights & sidelights on when engine working,(+ you cant turn them off) had immobiliser problem ecu decoded to get engine to work is it related ? fuses checked anyone got any idea's ?

If , as you say ,it all started from when you had work done on ECU , that's got to be your answer . Get it back to whoever done job to fix.

as mentioned with your initial problem check the switch unit at steering wheel!! key code is sent via this to bsi. also check the grey connector on it.
