2002 Peugeot 206 steering pulls to the right

when I turn to the right, at a point the car will pull hard in that direction in a lurch, it doesn't do it turning left. Rarely it will momentarily loose control. What could this be down to???

faulty suspension components or out of shape tyres or simply alighnment issue. does it only do it on a particular surface or road?

Tanzy, what was the solution to your 206's pulling problem. I have just bought one and it does exactly what you describe! I really want to sort it out. Thanks in advance, Chas
