Replacing spark plugs

hello want to change wifes spark plugs, took the two screws out that hole down the plastic cover ,but wont life off,what am I doing wrong please help thanks

If my memory serves having removed the torx screws, should need some applied force to remove the coil pack assembly. The screw holes may have threads in them for M8 bolts (or may not, depending on model or year), usually screw 2 bolts in then get 2 pair of mole grips and use those to lever on, avoids accidently damaging the coil pack assembly
