Economy mode active,engine immobilizer faulty
2004 Peugeot 206 Cc

First battery was totally drained,I put on charger,put I back ,attempts to start. Battery gets drained quickly,battery a month old. Alternator not working.,it works manually. Beep sound when i turn ignition on,dash board on. What could be the problem???.
