Wiring problem.

Besides the indicators as mentioned not working properly. The electrics on the car seem to be in reverse. Because when i use electrical equipment from the cigarette lighter. The fuse can blow as i cannot use a satnav from the cigarette lighter other wise it blows the fuse. Another instance is if i blow some one elses tyres up with my electric pump.Thus use it on some one elses cigarette lighter the tyre pressure gauge lights up on the pump. As the electrics on their car is ok. If i blow my tyres up the tyre pressure gauge does not light up. So my car,s wiring system must be across. It may be this that stops the indicators working properly when the full beam is on.
