2003 Peugeot 206 my car wont start

I parked my Peugeot 206 in the night and in the morning the car wont start the engine is not cranking too. When I turn on the ignition to start the car no sound of engine crank. (it behave as if gear transmission is drive mode transmission and you are trying to start it). But in actual the Gear is in park mode. what do I do.

Try a jump start .If an automatic transmission move gear selector .
