2002 Peugeot 206 electrical problem

The fuse box got wet and shorted out the ECU, the ECU has been repaired and the fuse box dried and now the car starts and runs but the central locking doesn't work, the radio is on but keeps cutting out, the indicators work intermittently and the headlights stay on after engine is switched off. Can anyone help?
