when I switch on tail lights all three (middle break light) lights come on, when I apply the brakes drivers behind me are not aware, When lights are off break lights work ok. I have recently replaced the break light switch & new battery. can any one help please.

when you replaced the brake light switch did you fit a modified one with small repair harness.And have you replaced the switch due to this problem

Hi Iv replaced it with a new switch from Peugeot, reason for replacing switch the brake lights were not coming on.

Seen that on other cars when incorrect bulb fitted i.e single filament instead of double filament or vice versa .
