Peugeot 206 1.1 petrol V reg indicators and electric windows not working

I was repairing the heater and afterwards thier was no indicators, electric windows, clock or mileage desplay, all fuses are ok, any ideas

If you have a electronic tester and now how check the relays as it sounds like a relay problem not a fuse problem, also if memory serves correctly there are 2 lots of fuses one's under the bonnet near battery as well as the ones under the glove compartment
