2003 Peugeot 206 fog lights!

I have a blown fog light on the passenger side and have got hold of some upgrades to replace them. The passenger side access is through a flap but the drivers side has no access flap, so how do the hell to I access the bulb to replace it? There is no help at all in the manual and I cannot find an answer on the internet. Help!

These fun ones usually involve removing the whole light cluster to get at the bulb/s holder from the rear of the cluster.
