Starting Problem

2005 Peugeot 206 1.6 Sport
Car: Peugeot 206
Year: 2005
Variant: 1.6 Sport
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
When trying to start the car in the morning, the car turns over and starts but then cuts out after about 5-10 seconds and there is no power to the accelerator. After trying this a few times the car will start and the power to the accelerator comes back - any ideas?

It has had a new battery so I know this is not the problem.

Replace engine coolant temp sensor .Lets ECU know to provide more fuel on cold start ( like old choke on cars ) .
