2003 Peugeot 206 mainwipers not working/and interior fan

I have fitted a new alternator,but now the main windsceen and interior fan is not working.I have checked all the fuses but none of them seams to be blowen.Any suggestions?

Does the main windscreen wipers work on a different fuse or system to the back wipers?

Both those circuits are run by and controlled by the MULTI FUNCTION CONTROL MODULE.
A peugeot planet diagnostic scan will reveal any faults in the system.
and though both are controlled by the MFCM they are wired seperate so it's unlikely to be the driver operated switches.
