2003 Peugeot 206 fuel pump

I drove my car to work,parked it and at lunch time tried to start it and it wouldnt start.Tried to crank,but still didnt start.We checked the fuel supply pipe to the engine,no fuel coming from fuel pump when you start or crank.We went to the fuel pump connected it independently to battery and the fuel pump worked.connected the main electrical supply cable back to the fuel pump and nothing.So there is no power coming from the electrical supply cable but fuel pumped has been proved to be working.We dont know where the fuse for the fuel pump relay is right now.Please help.
