had car aircon regassed three times afterwards it works like a dream for about three weeks then drivers side blows warm air whilst passenger side ice cold????

sounds like there might be a slight leak in system causing pressure to drop are they just topping it up or doing a full re-gas needs full re-gas adding a dye so leaks can be detected in future

Never done one on that car , but possibly flap for that side not operating / shutting off correctly ?

Probably has a leaking condenser and as you lose refrigerant it,s only cold on the passenger side advise full check for dye leak at condensoer.
