Common fault with plastic dipstick .Usually wont do any harm if lying in engine sump as wont get picked up through oil pump strainer .Might come out next time you change engine oil Can get new one from dealer .

broken part of dipstick is stopping new dipstick from going fully in it must be still in the tube dipstick goes in

On some the tube is held in by 10mm bolt/s .This lets you remove tube.
