1998 Peugeot 206 front fog light no fog light switch

hi ive got a 1998 s reg pug 206 before i bought it the pictures showed it with the front fogs working after owning it a few months i tried to turn the fogs on but on my light stalk i only have the option to turn on the rear no front ive looked at the lights there is wires connecting them not sure if im just being thick but i cannot find any other switches and even the manual says that it is on the light stalk but it is literally just a switch for the rear

Not sure about the 206, but on some cars you turn the switch once for front and then once more for rear (or vice versa) If you then turn it again it will turn them off.
