2002 Peugeot 206 wont stop beeing & now the car wont work

Car: Peugeot 206
Year: 2002
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
I am having a problem and would appreciate any help/ suggestions on how to fix.

As I was putting the sunroof back up I turned off the car whilst it was still in action. That is the first issue. I read the instructions found out your not suppose to do that & went through the manual way of pulling it back & clicked it in etc but I think I may not have completed one of the final steps correctly as the next day when I went to drive the car to work it wouldn't stop beeping. I only work about 15mins away from home & drove to work with the beeing going continually. I know it was probably not the best thing to do (that is ignor the beeing & drive anyway) but I did and now regretting it. Anyway... now the car wont start. its doing this clicking noise when I try to turn the car over which I thought may have been the battery altough the green light on the battery itself says it is fine.
Not sure if it is just a conincidence with the roof issue & then driving while the beeing was on or if its a motor problem.

Your roof may need re-calibrated.First thing to do is disconnect your battery charge it then re-connect and try the roof.

its probably a boot lock switch at fault causing the beep. As for the click it could be a poor earth connection(gearbox/gearbox to body) or a faulty battery or starter
