2000 Peugeot 206 car looses power every so often

My car can run fine and then all of a sudden it can lose power and I have to change gear and put my foot down it will eventually come back but sometimes can jump and judder.i have had 2 diagnostics and nothing has shown up either time but I have had oil filter changed and coil pack. I want to try and get this problem fixed before bad weather starts .

does it happen with a full or low level of fuel. It may be a fuel pressure fault or there may be a bit of water in the fuel

It does happen wether it's a full tank or hardly any petrol I have also used ultra unleaded petrol and used some stuff that you put in petrol to clean all valves and stuff I have had my oil checked the garage were I take it are confused and say they don't want me to waste loads of money trying to get it fixed I was wondering if it could be summat to do with airflow
