2000 Peugeot 206 206 won't start

Hi
I replaced the air con clutch bearing, and out of curiousity pressed the fuel cut off switch in the engine bay. Since then the car won't start. The fuel pump won't cut in when you turn the ignition and there don't seem to be a spark when I checked for it. Any ideas. Oh and I checked all the fuses.

Disconnect battery and check cut off switch releasing
