Car starts from cold fine and drives fine for several miles but when slowing down and changing down through gear negotiating a roundabouts it cuts out infrequently.Restarts after several attempts and after a good revving will then drive fine for a distance.

i had the same problem and took it to an auto electrician who charged me 60 pound to tell me he couldnt find nothing wrong so i looked at all of the earth wires situated around the engine and found that one of them had corroded half way through so i replaced it for around £7 and have had no problems since
