Indicator light stays on

one side indicator is locked on and is illuminated even when the ignition is turned off. apart from draining the battery, its fairly dangerous as everyone thinks I'm turning!
any ideas?

also, which fuse could I pull to at least turn the light off?

thanks

First renew the bulb, make sure it's the right kind,I've even seen brake light bulbs in there, then check the earth wire to the holder, there shouldn't be voltage on it.

If the previous solution does not solve your problem, then remove the bulb just as a temporary measure...

you may have a faulty switch. try banging the steering column cowlto see if it switches off.
