Wont start when cold
1999 Peugeot 206 1.9 Diesel

I’ve recently been having trouble starting my car when it's frosty. It starts fine all the rest of the time and last year it didn't have trouble (except when the battery died). Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem?

ive got one aswell a 2000 my when my car started badly last year i replaced the glow plugs it improved 1000% they are about £20 trade and most garages will charge about an hours labour.
100% change the glow plugs i got 1.9td and the same happened to me i bought some on ebay for 15 quid changed them fires up everytime first flick of the key

Cheers for the solutions. I took the car to a garage on Saturday and 3 out of 4 of the glowplugs had gone. I've had all 4 changed and the car starts straight away.

Thanks for your help!
