1999 Peugeot 206 fuel injection not working

car started to run as if fuel shortage after turning at a junction, ran at about 1/3rd revs for aprox 2 miles gradually getting slower and then cut out completely.now wont start at all. have fitted new fuel filter and spark plugs. have checked fuses and had injectors out and spun engine over but are not functioning. remove fuel supply pipe and plenty of fuel there. got good spark at plugs. have changed air flow meter with the 3 sensors with second hand one and no different, i do not have access to software to read brain for faults. any sugestions please

do you have access to a noid light to plug in the injector plugs to see if it flashes when you cank the car
