2003 Peugeot 206 engine power loss and juddering & engine wanring light flickering after full service

Hi,
a few days ago i did a complete service on my 206, oil change, filters, sparks, the lot. when i turn the car on it sits and idles fine but as soon as i start to move within about a mile the power drops significantly and from 18-30krpm the engine jumps and stutters and the engine light flashes. any ideas what has gone wrong? also took it to have a diagnostics check and the reader came back blank (wouldnt work on my car for some reason)..

Double check what you have done, i would image you have left a pipe or sensor disconnected

have you fitted the correct spark plugs?
