2000 Peugeot 206 rear end vibtating and knocking

I have a peugeot 206 and recently it has started banging and there is vibtation under and from the rear end when I reach 5omph or 2500 revs... mow it is doing it at any speed and any rev but not on start up or idle.. it has just passed its MOT and nothing was flagged up so what could be causing this?? please help as i am taxi for my children and this is really worrying me

Need to get it checked out , could be exhaust / mounting bracket .Could also be wheel bearing or many other possible causes .Might be something simple , but better be safe than sorry , especially with carrying kids .
