1999 Peugeot 206 heater blowing cold (still )

hi again still no heater,new rad new matrix new thermostat,no air locks what so ever,all controls working perfect,all flaps working,car on perfect running temp,the pipe to the matrix hot,the outlet pipe hot,still no heat ????? got me totally beat : ( ,anyone anymore ideas please thanks tony

If the water is hot passing through the matrix and you are not getting heat , it must be the heater distrubution flap not allowing heat ?

at last found the problem ,the outlet pipe from the matrix went into the auto box,and that is were the problem was the rubber pipe was collapsed on the inside,and only letting a dribble through,looked fine from the outside and was warmish,heater now great yaaaaa !!!!
