2006 Peugeot 206 stop light is on and car will not start

i was driving along and the passenger airbag was not activated due to a child seat being in the car. A message was displayed airbag fault and my car stopped now the stop light is on and my car will not start. When the keys were in the ignition it was making a clicking sound and when i took them out all the lights appear on the dash borad. My lights, radio and central locking do not work also since this has happened.

Good Day,
Try disconnection the battery over night then reconnect if it has the ECU system it will reset, thou will have to drive the car at 2000 rpm so that the computer can re set. Have the car put on the diagnostic to pick any errors
