rear wiper end part of stalk should be sitting in off position but is sitting in steady on position can i remove the end and adjust it if so how can i do this. many thanks

Good Day,
Switch on and off the rear wiper and see if it moves back may have switched off the engine while the wiper was not on set position. You could remove the wiper cover and tighten the screw after re adjusting the the position
