This only happens mainly after a long drive being caught in jam and engaging the first gear moving slowly. after this the noise disappears. thanks for any feedback.

Muted knocking noise in 4th & 5 gear when engine under load while accelerating during motorway driving. Gearbox refurbished by garage but noise still there. Also same slight noise when changing 1,2,3 gear when lifting clutch.
