2014 Peugeot 2008 2008 2014 auto gearbox problem

when starting from cold when you engage auto, car jumps forward on releasing break, similar to letting clutch out too fast on manual gearbox, this continues for a short time until it seems that it has warmed up and runs well. very occasionally when warm it is 'notchy' on setting off from lights etc similar to releasing clutch too fast on manual or clutch judder.
