Thanks for your reply, just help me out to understand is there actually light there or no ? I mean does it glow at night or not? Because the sales guy is trying to convince me it doesn’t glow at all which I told him it’s not possible, It’s suppose to glow

Not got one to verify or not but on most if not all other cars the heater control panel is illuminated . Ask the sales guy to let you check another car

He may try to say it's l/h drive , European and different spec . Go into any other garage or dealership and ask nicely and they will let you check another car . Dont let him get away with it if correct
