2018 Peugeot 108 had a full service and engine got a tapping noise ?

Just had my car full service and spark plugs changed also and belt when I got it back the car made a slight whistle which has stopped but a tapping noise from engine has started? I was advised to change oil to a better oil as the oil the service added was like water so I added 5w 30 magnetic engine oil as better oil the noise has not stopped.? Any advice?

Must have been a some service if this is what oil they used " the oil the service added was like water " who knows what damage could have been done to the engine running that . Common cause of that type of noise is a faulty hydraulic tappet/s .
