my car wouldnt start, it had been running fine then stopped for 10 minutes and wouldnt start, jumped the battery to get it started and PTR PLACE is now on the display and none of the dashboard controls work.

Common cause can be car battery needing replaced , charged if o.k and no dud / weak cells

Thanks, getting battery tested as first point. Any ideas how to reset the dash display?
