Engine running rough

You really need to get your car into garage for check over / tune up to see what is causing engine to misfire and stall etc.Many possible causes , depending on year , engine etc. Could be something simple but hard to diagnose without more info .

hi firstly i would check the battery to make sure connections are clean and tight if thats ok and battery is in gud condiction then it could be a coil,ht leads or spark plugs thats wat i would check.start with the easiest and work your way up. hope that helps a bit

I have had this car in and out of garages for the last 3 years and no one seems to be able to fix the problem. last time they replaced the back box, carburetta cap, cleaned plugs etc, this seems to help for maybe a week but then it all starts again, also now i get bunny hopping whilst driving

check all earths ESPECIALLY one from throttle body to earths on top of engine, if in doubt, make an earth wire up with m6 ring crimp fitted at each end attach one end under throttle body mounting screw the other end fit to other earths on top of engine ,finally check main engine earth from this location to chassis rail on right hand side if this is loose corroded or missing it will cause big problems
