Engine runs rough stalls after very short distance will restart after half hour no engine light on

I ve an elgrand e50 vq3.3 2000. the problem is that it shits to seond gear only at almost 4,000 revs with a jerk and into third gear at about 5,000 revs and when you let go of the accelarator, engine rans into idle speed.

The idle oscillates a lot, sometimes it turns off if from the moment I changed the distributor and computer
