2004 Nissan Elgrand engine is missing while idiling

When the vehicle is idling it is missing. If you drive it the engine light comes on.

You will need to scan it for fault codes and see what shows .

Could try pulling a lead off see which one makes no difference ,check the cap ,substitute a lead ,check the plug etc

Thought that car had coil packs , but could me mistaken .Coil packs breaking down , dropping a cyl. is quite common if you want to try locating any faulty ones rather than scanning .
