2000 Mitsubishi L200 engine won't rev

My Mitsubishi l200 will not idle or accelerate. It starts first time when it is primed through the airflow meter but then immediately dies out. Fuel filter changed, injectors cleaned and tested, Trottle body cleaned. It once idled very rough for a brief 1 minute and died. Please help P.S THE MOTOR WAS REDONE ....ring and bearings were replaced. I also changed the camshaft sensor.
