2019 Mitsubishi L200 clunk from rear of jeep

It’s automatic so sometimes when I come off the revs and they come down and it changes up it clunks and it sounds like it’s from the rear of the jeep, any ideas to what it could be?

So many possible causes , but seems to be a common fault . This shows you the heatshield problem that a lot seem to have , might / might not help
