2017 Mitsubishi L200 water loss from radiator

Currently losing about 1 litre from cooling system in 30 miles, have pressurised cooling system and can see no external leaks. Engine oil shows no sign of water contamination. Recently had new cylinder head gasket and cylinder head fitted, had smaller water lose issue prior to fitting.

" Engine oil shows no sign of water contamination. " depends where any leak on gasket / head is whether it mixes wiith oil or not , Carry out a block test to confirm one way or other
